Born on the Emerald Coast, Chris Taylor appreciates the opportunity to work for the company his parents founded when he was a boy, Ocean Reef Resorts, with locations in Miramar Beach, Grayton Beach and Seacrest. 

He has worked on both sides of the Ocean Reef world – vacation rentals and real estate – for over twenty years. If you’re looking for an investment, with his extensive knowledge of the rental world, Chris can help you find your place here on the coast: from a beach home that can house the entire family on vacation, to a condo overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. In the market for a new place, either as a current or future local? He has lived, worked and played in paradise his entire life, and loves guiding people through the real estate process, from choosing the perfect property, to making a home sweet home.
